Anti-Human IgE
(ε chain specific)
Code:
AHIgE
$ 100.00 USD
Host:
Chicken
Volume:
0.5 ml
Quantity:
0.5 mg
Type:
Affinity purified
Full Name:
Affinity purified chicken anti-human IgE
Physical State:
liquid
Concentration:
1.0 mg/mL
Diluent:
Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2
Preservative:
0.1% sodium azide
Procedure:
Chickens were immunized with a mixture of highly purified human IgE myeloma proteins. Serum and/or eggs were collected and serum or yolk derived IgG (IgY) fraction prepared. The resulting fluid was solid phase absorbed to make the antibodies IgE epsilon chain specific and affinity purified from an antigen containing immunoabsorbant.
Specifications:
The anti IgE only reacts with IgE by ELISA, IEP and gel diffusion analysis. Serum known to be very low in IgE shows no reaction with the anti IgE. For Western blots, dilute 1:1000 - 1:10,000. For ELISA coating, dilute 1:100 - 1:500.
Storage:
4° C
