Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with purified mouse IgG. Antibodies were isolated from immune eggs, affinity purified on a mouse IgG Fc column and conjugated to N- hydroxysuccinimide (NHS)-activated agarose beads. Beads were washed extensively after the blocking of the residual NHS sites.
Specifications:	The specific activity of the anti-MIGFc-agarose was determined. For this lot, 1.0 mg mouse IgG Fc bound per ml agarose.
