Procedure:
Chickens were immunized with purified Llama IgG. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The anti-Llama IgG was immunoaffinity purified from a solid phase immunoabsorbant.
Specifications:
Recommended dilution for Western blots is 1:5000-1:20,000. For ELISA coating, recommended dilution is between 1:200 and 1:500.
