Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified Human Retinol Binding Protein (RBP). After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was immunoaffinity purified from a Human RBP immunoabsorbant and conjugate to horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Specifications:	This product is suitable for ELISA and blotting applications. Recommended dilution for Western blots is 1 ug/ml. For ELISA, recommended dilution is between 0.1 and 0.5 ug/ml.
