Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with HHHHHH conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunization, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid support and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Specifications:	ELISA: HRP conjugated Chicken anti-6HIS diluted 1:5,000 gave an O.D.= 1.0 in a 15 minute reaction against peptide conjugated to a different carrier than used for anti peptide purification. Western Blots: The HRP conjugated Chicken anti-6HIS was an effective probe at a 1:500 dilution.
