Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with HHHHHH conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunization, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid support and conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate.
Specifications:	Prior to conjugation, the antibodies were analyzed by ELISA and Western Blot analyses. The molar F/P ratio is 3-6. Western Blots: Recommended dilution range is 1:1000 - 1: 5000.
