Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with the Herpes Simplex Virus Tag (HSV) peptide (QPELAPEDPEDC) conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid support.
Specifications:	This antibody is suitable for ELISA, Western blots and immunofluorescence techniques. Recommended dilution for Western blots is 1:5000. For ELISA coating, recommended dilution is between 1:200 and 1:500 and for IF, dilute to 1:1000.
