Procedure:
Chickens were immunized with Glutathione-S-transferase (GST) from Schistosoma japonicum. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using GST immobilized on a solid support and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Specifications:
At 1:500, the anti-GST works as an effective probe for Western Blotting. At 1:7500, the anti-GST wroks as an effective probe for ELISA.
