Procedure:
Chickens were immunized with purified ferret IgG. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The anti-Ferret IgG was immunoaffinity purified from a solid phase immunoabsorbent and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.
Specifications:
Recommended dilution for Western blots is: 0.2 ug/ml. For ELISA, recommended dilution is 1:5000 - 1:25,000
