Code:
AFLAG-F
$ 165.00 USD
Host:
Chicken
Volume:
0.2 mL
Quantity:
0.1 mg
Type:
Fluorescein conjugated
Full Name:
FITC-conjugated Affinity Purified Chicken Anti FLAG Epitope (DYKDDDDK)
Physical State:
liquid
Concentration:
0.5 mg/ml
Diluent:
25 mM HEPES pH 7.0, 0.05 M Sodium Chloride with 0.1% BSA, 50% glycerol
Preservative:
0.05% sodium azide
Procedure:
Chickens were immunized with FLAG Epitope (DYKDDDDK) conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid support and conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).
Specifications:
Prior to conjugation, the antibodies were analyzed by ELISA and Western Blot. The molar F/P ratio is 4.1. Please note that the investigator must determine the appropriate dilution for your particular application. ELISA: We suggest a 1:2500-1:10,000 dilution. WESTERN BLOTS: We suggest a 1:500 to 1:2500 dilution.
Storage:
4°C or frozen for long term. Do not freeze-thaw often.
