Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with Digoxigenin coupled to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the Digoxigenin immobilized on a solid support and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Specifications:	This antibody is suitable for ELISA and Western blots. Recommended dilution for Western blots is 1:500. For ELISA, recommended dilution is 1:5,000.
