Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified dog IgG isolated from normal pooled dog serum. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a solid phase immunoabsorbent.
Specifications:	The affinity purified antibodies react with all dog immunoglobulins by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques and does not react with non- immunoglobulins. This product is suitable for ELISA and Blotting applications.
