Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with EQKLISEEDL (C-MYC) conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid support and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.
Specifications:	Antibody specificity was verified by ELISA against peptide conjugated to BSA (EQKLISEEDL-BSA). A 1:10,000 dilution of the antibody gave an OD=1.0 in a 15 minute reaction. Appropriate specificity controls were run. Western Blots: The anti C-MYC was an effective probe at 1:1000 dilution.
