Procedure: Chickens were immunized with EQKLISEEDL (C-MYC) conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid support. The antibodies were conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).
Specifications: Prior to conjugation, the antibodies were analyzed by Western blot. We recommend a 1:500 dilution for Western blot analysis. The F/P ration is between 3 and 6.
Storage: 4°C or frozen for long term. Do not freeze-thaw often.
