Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with EQKLISEEDL (C-MYC) conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid support and conjugated biotin.
Specifications:	For ELISA, a 1:2500 - 1:10,000 dilution is recommended Western Blots: The anti C-MYC was an effective probe at 1:500 - 1:1500 dilution.
