Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with the AU-1 peptide (DTYRYI) coupled to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid support.
Specifications:	This antibody is suitable for ELISA, Western blots and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Recommended dilution for Western blots is 1:1000 - 1:10,000. For ELISA coating, recommended dilution is between 1:200 and 1:500 and for IHC, dilute to between 1:250 and 1:1000
