Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified Bovine Thrombin in Freund's adjuvant. Following multiple immunizations, IgY was purified from eggs and affinity purified from a bovine thrombin immunoaffinity column.
Specifications:	This antibody shows a single precipitin arc against bovine thrombin and prothrombin in bovine plasma by double diffusion and immunoelectrophoresis. Recommended dilution for Western blots is between 0.1 ug/ml and 1.0 ug/ml. For ELISA, recommended dilution is between 1 and 5 ug/ml.
