Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified rabbit Plasminogen in Freund's adjuvant. Antibodies were isolated from immune eggs and affinity purified on a Plasminogen affinity column.
Specifications:	The anti-rabbit plasminogen shows a single precipitin arc against rabbit plasminogen using immunoelectrophoresis. Recommended dilution for Western blots is: 0.5 - 1.0 ug/ml. For ELISA coating, recommended dilution is between 1.0 and 5.0 ug/ml.
