Anti-Rabbit Haptoglobin
Code:
ARH
$ 195.00 USD
Host:
Chicken
Volume:
0.1 ml
Quantity:
0.1 mg
Type:
Affinity purified
Full Name:
Affinity Purified Chicken anti-Rabbit Haptoglobin
Physical State:
liquid
Concentration:
1.0 mg/ml
Diluent:
Phosphate buffered Saline, pH 7.2
Preservative:
0.1% Sodium Azide
Procedure:
Chickens were immunized with highly purified rabbit haptoglobin isolated from rabbit serum. The resulting anti-rabbit haptoglobin was solid phase absorbed with rabbit serum lacking haptoglobin until it gave a single band with serum containing the acute phase protein. The specific anti-rabbit haptoglobin was immunoaffinity purified off an antigen containing immunoabsorbant.
Specifications:
Affinity purified Chicken anti-Rabbit Haptoglobin gives a single band by IEP and gel diffusion against fluids containing haptoglobin. This antibody is suitable for ELISA and blotting applications. Recommended dilution for Western blots is: 1:1000 to 1:5000. For ELISA coating, recommended dilution is between 1:200 and 1:500.
Storage:
4°C
