Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with purified recombinant protein G lacking the albumin binding region. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction purified. Antibodies were immunoaffinity-purified from a protein G agarose column and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.
Specifications:	This antibody is suitable for ELISA and immuoblotting. Recommended starting dilutions for ELISA is 1:2500 - 1:10,000 and for blotting, 1:500 - 1:5,000.
