Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with purified recombinant protein G lacking the albumin binding region. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction purified. Antibodies were immunoaffinity-purified from a protein G agarose column and conjugated to fluoroscein isothiocyanate.
Specifications:	Fluorescein/Protein ratio = 3.2. Recommended starting dilutions for ELISA is 1:1,000 - 1:5,000 and for blotting, 1:1000.
