Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified pig IgG isolated from normal pooled pig serum. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a solid phase immunoabsorbent and conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).
Specifications:	The anti-IgG shows a precipitin arc against IgG in serum and against both the Fab and Fc fragments of papain digested IgG using immunoelectrophoresis. Molar F/P ratio: 3-6.
