Procedure: Chickens were immunized with highly puriifed pig IgG isolated from normal pooled pig serum. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a solid phase immunosorbent.
Specifications: The anti-IgG shows a precipitin arc against IgG in serum and against both the Fab and Fc fragmens of papain digested IgG using immunoelectrophoresis. This product is suitable for ELISA and blotting procedures. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
