Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified pig C-reactive protein (CRP). After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The anti-Porcine CRP was immunoaffinity purified from a solid phase Pig CRP immunoabsorbant.
Specifications:	This anti-Pig CRP is suitable for ELISA and blotting applications. Recommended dilution for Western blots is: 0.1 - 1.0 ug/ml. For ELISA coating, recommended dilution is between 2.0 and 5.0 ug/ml.
