Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with purified recombinant Plasmodium Aldolase. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY purified. Anti-Plasmodium Aldolase was immunoaffinity purified using purified Plasmodium Aldolase immobilized on a solid support.
Specifications:	This antibody is suitable for Western blotting, ELISA and lateral flow assays. Recommended dilutions for Western blotting is 1:1000 and for ELISA is 1:2000.
