Procedure:
Chickens were immunized with highly purified IgG from normal mouse serum. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared and the Fc specific antibodies immunoaffinity purified and conjugated to fluoroscein isothiocyanate.
Specifications:
This product is suitable for immunohistochemical applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions. Molar F/P ratio is between 3 and 6.
