Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with human transferrin. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a human transferrin immunoabsorbent and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Specifications:	In a sandwich ELISA against Transferrin at 20 ug/ml as sample, conjugate diluted 1:35,000 produced an O.D.=1.0 in a 15 minute reaction with TMB as substrate. Optimal conjugate dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
