Procedure:
Chickens were immunized with purified Human Serum Albumin. Antibodies were isolated from immune eggs, affinity purified on a human Serum Albumin column and conjugated to N- hydroxysuccinimide (NHS)-activated agarose beads. Beads were washed extensively with after the blocking of the residual NHS sites.
Specifications:
The specific activity of the anti-HSA-agarose was determined. For this lot, 1.1 mg human serum albumin bound per ml agarose.
