Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified Plasminogen isolated from human serum. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was immunoaffinity purified from an immunoabsorbant.
Specifications:	The anti-Human Plasminogen is suitable for immunodepletion, ELISA and blotting techniques. Recommended dilution for Western blots is 1:1000. For ELISA coating, recommended dilution is between 1:200 and 1:500.
