Host: Chicken
Volume: 0.1 ml
Quantity: 0.1 mg
Type: Affinity purified
Full Name: Aff. Pur. Chicken anti-human osteopontin-c (the shortest splice variant of osteopontin)
Physical State: liquid
Concentration: 1.0 mg/ml
Diluent: Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2
Preservative: 0.05% Sodium Azide
Procedure: A chicken was immunized with a peptide representing the splice junction of osteopontin-c (Ac-SEEKQNAVSC-COOH). After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and IgY was purified from the egg yolk. The antibody was affinity purified on an osteopontin-c peptide column.
Specifications: This antibody has been tested in ELISA and a suggested starting dilution for ELISA analysis is 2 ug/ml. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions. For Western blotting, recommended concentration 1 ug/ml.
Storage: 4°C
Expiration Date: 0000-00-00
Note: For in vitro diagnostic, research or proteomics applications only.
