Code:
AHL-HRP
$ 180.00 USD
Quantity:
0.5 mg
Host:
Chicken
Volume:
1.0 ml
Type:
HRP conjugated
Full Name:
Horseradish Peroxidase-conjugated Affinity Purified Chicken anti-Human Lambda bound & free
Physical State:
liquid
Concentration:
0.5 mg/ml
Diluent:
25 mM HEPES, pH 7.0, 0.05M NaCl with 0.1% BSA, 50% glycerol
Preservative:
0.005% Thimerosal
Procedure:
Chickens were immunized with highly purified Human lambda light chains and Fab lambda in Freunds adjuvant. Eggs were collected, the IgY fraction prepared and the antibodies immunoaffinity purified and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase.
Specifications:
Before conjugation the antibody was shown to react with all human immunoglobulin classes possessing lambda chains and free lambda light chains by IEP and gel diffusions techniques. It does not react with kappa chains. Conjugate is suitable for ELISA, Western blotting and immunohistochemistry. For ELISA we recommend dilutions of between 1:10,000 and 1:50,000. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
Storage:
4°C or frozen for long term. Do not freeze-thaw often.
Expiry Date:
