Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified Human lambda light Chains. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant eggs were collected, an IgY fraction was prepared and the anti-lambda antibodies were immunoaffinity purified.
Specifications:	This antibody reacts with all human immunoglobulin classes possessing lambda chains and free lambda light chains by IEP and gel diffusion techniques. It does not react with kappa chains. For Western blots, dilute 1:1000 - 1:5000. For ELISA, dilute 1:200 - 1:500.
