Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified human Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH). After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was immunoaffinity purified from an immunoabsorbant.
Specifications:	The anti-Human LDH is suitable for immunodepletion, ELISA and blotting techniques. Recommended dilution for Western blots is 1:1000. For ELISA coating, recommended dilution is between 1:200 and 1:500.
