Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified Human kappa light chains and Fab kappa. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant eggs were collected, an IgY fraction was prepared and the anti-kappa antibodies were immunoaffinity purified and conjugated to HRP.
Specifications:	Before conjugation the antibody was shown to react with all human immunoglobulin classes possessing kappa chains and free kappa light chains by IEP and gel diffusions techniques. It does not react with lambda chains. Conjugate is suitable for ELISA, Western blotting and immunohistochemistry. For ELISA we recommend dilutions of between 1:10,000 and 1:50,000. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
