Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified Human kappa light chains and Fab kappa. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant eggs were collected, an IgY fraction was prepared and the anti-kappa antibodies were immunoaffinity purified.
Specifications:	This antibody reacts with all human immunoglobulin classes possessing kappa chains and free kappa light chains by IEP and gel diffusion techniques. It does not react with lambda chains. For Western blots, dilute 1:1000 - 1:5000. For ELISA, dilute 1:200 - 1:500.
