Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified pooled normal human IgM. After immunizations with complete Freunds adjuvant the eggs were collected and an IgY fraction was prepared. The resulting fraction was immunoaffinity purified from an IgM immunoabsorbant and conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate.
Specifications:	Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions. The F/P ratio is between 3 and 6.
