Anti-Human IgA
(α chain specific)
Code:
AHIgA-HRP
$ 140.00 USD
Host:
Chicken
Volume:
1.0 ml
Quantity:
0.5 mg
Type:
HRP conjugated
Full Name:
Horseradish Peroxidase-conjugated Affinity Purified Chicken anti-Human IgA
Physical State:
liquid
Concentration:
0.5 mg/ml
Diluent:
25 mM HEPES pH 7.0, 0.05 M NaCl with 0.1% BSA, 50% glycerol
Preservative:
0.005% Thimerosal (Warning: Use of sodium azide as a preservative will substantially inhibit the enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.)
Procedure:
Chickens were immunized with highly purified human serum IgA and eggs were collected. An IgY fraction was prepared and the resulting antibodies were solid phase absorbed to ensure alpha chain specificity. The anti-IgA antibodies were then immunoaffinity purified and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Specifications:
The anti-IgA only reacts with IgA by ELISA, immunoelectrophoresis and double diffusion.
Storage:
4 ° C or frozen for long term. Do not freeze-thaw often.
