Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified Hemopexin isolated from human serum. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was immunoaffinity purified from an immunoabsorbant and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Specifications:	The anti-Human Hemopexin is suitable for ELISA and blotting techniques. Recommended dilution for Western blots is 0.2 - 1 ug/ml. For ELISA, recommended dilution is between 0.05 and 0.5 ug/ml.
Storage:	4°C or frozen for long term. Do not freeze-thaw often.
