Procedure:
Chickens were immunized with highly purified Hemopexin isolated from human serum. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was immunoaffinity purified from an immunoabsorbant.
Specifications:
The anti-Human Hemopexin forms a single precpitin band using immunoelectrophoretic and gel diffusion techniques. It is suitable for ELISA and Western blots. Recommended dilutions for Western blots is between 0.2 and 1.0 ug/ml. For ELISA coating, dilute to 1:200 - 1:500.
