Procedure: Chickens were immunized with highly purified Human Gc Globulin (Vitamin D-Binding Protein). After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was immunoaffinity purified from an immunoabsorbant and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.
Specifications: The anti-Human Gc Globulin is suitable for ELISA and blotting techniques. Recommended dilution for Western blots is 1 ug/ml. For ELISA, recommended dilution is between 0.05 and 0.2 ug/ml.
