Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified Human Fibrinogen. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was immunoaffinity purified from an immunoabsorbant.
Specifications:	The anti-Human Fibrinogen is suitable for immunodepletion, ELISA and blotting techniques. Recommended dilution for Western blots is between 0.1 and 1.0 ug/ml. For ELISA coating, recommended dilution is between 1 and 5 ug/ml.
