Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified human fetuin (α 2-HS Glycoprotein) isolated from human serum. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was immunoaffinity purified from an immunoabsorbant and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Specifications:	The anti-Human fetuin is suitable for ELISA and blotting techniques. Recommended dilution for Western blots is between 0.2 and 1 ug/ml. For ELISA, recommended dilution is between 0.05 and 2 ug/ml.
