Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified human fetuin (α-2-HS-Glycoprotein) isolated from human serum. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was immunoaffinity purified from an immunoabsorbant.
Specifications:	The anti-Human Fetuin is suitable for ELISA and blotting techniques. Recommended dilution for Western blots is 1:1000. For ELISA coating, recommended dilution is between 1:200 and 1:500.
