Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with purified human chorionic gonadotropin. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from an hCG immunoabsorbant and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.
Specifications:	The anti-hCG antibody will detect α and β chains. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions. Recommended dilution for Western blots is 0.5 ug/ml. For ELISA, recommended dilution is between 0.1 and 0.5 ug/ml.
Storage:	4°C or frozen for long term. Do not freeze-thaw often.
