Procedure: Chickens were immunized with purified human β-2-microglobulin. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a human β-2-microglobulin immunoabsorbant and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.
Specifications: This antibody is suitable for ELISA and blotting procedures. Recommended dilutions for Western blots is 1 ug/ml and ELISA is 0.1 ug/ml. However, optimal working dilution for this anti-human β-2-microglobulin should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
