Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with purified human α-2-macroglobulin. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a human α-2-macroglobulin immunoabsorbant.
Specifications:	The anti-α-2-macroglobulin is suitable for ELISA, blotting and immunodepletion. Recommended dilution for Western blots is between 0.1 and 1.0 ug/ml. For ELISA coating, recommended dilution is between 1 and 5 ug/ml.
