Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified human Acid Phosphatase. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was immunoaffinity purified from an immunoabsorbant.
Specifications:	The anti-human Acid Phosphatase is suitable for ELISA and blotting techniques. Recommended dilution for Western blots is 1:1000. For ELISA coating, recommended dilution is between 1:200 and 1:500.
