Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with the E-Tag peptide (GAPVPYPDPLEPR) coupled to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid support and then conjugated to biotin.
