Procedure:	Chickens were immunized with highly purified cat IgG isolated from normal pooled cat serum. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a solid phase immunoabsorbent and conjugated tofluorescein isothiocyanate.
