0.05% Sodium Azide
Procedure:
Goats were immunized with highly purified chicken IgY Fc fragment isolated from normal chicken serum. The resulting anti IgY Fc was passed over an Fab immunoabsorbant and the anti Fc immunoaffinity purified from a chicken IgY immunoabsorbant. The affinity purified antibodies were conjguated to fluorescein isothiocyanate.
Specifications:
The affinity purified antibodies react only with IgY and not IgM or IgA chicken immunoglobulins by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. Molar F/P ratio is between 3 and 6.
